The 2007's light straw color is followed by subtle oak notes, good structure and a sense of tannin to the wine’s profile. Exuberant aromas of citrus oil, orange peel, lemon blossom, green apple and a hint of pineapple are followed by a full-bodied Chardonnay with great fruit and length as well as the elegance, finesse and restraint that seem to be characteristics of a Talley wine. This 2007 should drink well for 10-15 years.
