A step up is the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby-colored, it exhibits an excellent cedary, spice box, cassis, and black currant perfume. This spicy Bordeaux blend has barrel flavors of cinnamon toast, coffee and caramel that run rampant over the fruit.
