The 2021 Pinot Blanc is bursting with aromas of white peach, quince, honeycomb and flint with spicy undertones. The palate's broad, savory mouthfeel is countered by mouthwatering freshness, and it has a long, textural finish.

The 2019 Pinot Blanc has alluring scents of beeswax and dried flowers with a core of white peach fruit. The palate is light-bodied, juicy and perfumed and has the texture to work well with a range of different foods.

The 2018 Pinot Blanc is scented of dried hay, hazelnut, cheese rind and yellow apple with notes of lemon peel, chamomile and baker’s yeast. It’s light to medium-bodied with fresh fruits and good energy, finishing long with refreshing acidity. 1,800 cases produced.

The 2017 Pinot Blanc has an open, fresh nose of yellow apples, Bosc pears and white peaches with touches of wet pebbles and white flowers. Medium-bodied, it has great concentration of white stone fruits in the mouth with crisp, refreshing acidity, finishing long and minerally with a nice touch of phenolic texture. 2,000 cases produced.

The 2016 Pinot Blanc reveals a lovely perfume of honeysuckle and orange blossoms with a core of ripe apples, pears and lightly browned toast. Medium-bodied, it has a nice suggestion of creaminess to the texture and plenty of vibrant apple and floral flavors, finishing long and uncomplicated.
