    The 2006 Lavia+ (Plus) is 100% Monastrell from a single vineyard aged in French oak for 1 year. It offers more complex aromatics (likely from the barrel aging), rich fruit on the palate, and a lengthy finish.     The 2006 Lavia is an unoaked cuvee of 70% Monastrell and 30% Syrah which was aged in tank sur lie for 12 months. Brier, underbrush, tapenade, blueberry, and blackberry aromas inform the nose of a round, sweetly-fruited, savory wine with outstanding depth and a seamless finish. Enjoy this pleasure-bent effort over the next 5-6 years. Molino y Lagares de Bullas began operations in 2004.     The purple-colored 2005 Lavia+ is 100% Monastrell aged in barrel. Slightly roasted blueberry compote aromas along with mineral and underbrush make for a sexy mix. Supple and round on the palate, spice notes and licorice make an appearance leading to a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. It will offer prime drinking from 2011 to 2020.     The 2005 Lavia+ is 100% Monastrell sourced from 70- to 80-year-old ungrafted vines. It spent 13 months in 300-liter barrels followed by 3 months in foudre prior to bottling without fining or filtration. Purple-colored, it exhibits a cedar, earthy, leather, and blueberry-scented bouquet with a layering of spicy fruit, soft tannin, good balance and enough structure to improve for another 2-3 years in the bottle.
