This is the first white wine from this winery in over a decade, and this is the first vintage of this label. The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless (63%), French oak (25%) and concrete eggs (12%), with aging in a small percentage of new French oak (14%). Containing 14% Sémillon, it opens with elegant notes of fresh lemons, lime leaves, wet slate and chalk dust with hints of honeysuckle and wild thyme. Medium-bodied, delicately played and satiny textured in the mouth, it has great freshness and a long, minerally finish. 650 cases produced.
