The 2015 Gavi is a fresh and tonic wine that cleans the mouth front and back. It imparts zesty tones of citrus and white peach. It delivers well-managed acidity on the close. There is not much complexity here and the finish is accented by slightly sweet or saccharine-like candy flavors.
