The 2013 Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Bianco is a bright and tonic blend of 80% Coda di Volpe and 20% Falanghina that rests in stainless steel for five months before release. The wine is engineered for fresh, no-fuss consumption with an informal, but zesty approach. It closes with standard aromas of citrus and Granny Smith apple.

The 2011 Lacryma Christi Bianco is layered with juicy peaches and white flowers. It shows lovely depth and richness in a bright, caressing style best suited for drinking over the next few years. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2014. Once again, Feudi impresses for the sheer breadth of their range. The 2010 Lacryma Christi Bianco is dry, precise and pointed in its crisp white fruit. This is a wine built on stony minerality rather than perfume, and it is best enjoyed with food rather than on its own. I especially like the energy and focus here. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014. Feudi di San Gregorio is one of the leaders in the modern-day Renaissance of Campanian oenology.
