The 2004 Brut Metodo Classico Perle is a bigger, riper wine with an exuberant personality. While the fruit possesses notable richness, the mousse and overall texture isn’t quite as fine as I had hoped. This is Lot: L9057/4, disgorged 2009. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2014.
