The 2016 Corton Grand Cru is one of the more reserved reds in the range, unfurling to reveal aromas of red cherries and berry fruit intermingled with hints of spice and potpourri. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and tight-knit, with a firm but fine-grained chassis of structuring tannin, brisk acids and a long, mineral finish.
