Aromas of ripe berries, spices, sweet soil tones, smoke and incense preface the 2020 Beaune 1er Cru Epenottes, a medium to full-bodied, supple and layered wine that's sensual and enveloping, with terrific concentration, lively acids and a saline finish. It was cropped at a mere 14 hectoliters per hectare.

The beautiful 2019 Beaune 1er Cru Epenottes delivers an expressive bouquet of dark berries and plums mingled with orange rind, warm spices and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, ample and perfumed, with melting tannins, lively acids and fine concentration, it will offer a broad drinking window.
