The 2008 Pinot Noir Hoffarth Vineyard was naturally fermented, made with 25% whole clusters, and aged in 50% new oak. It surrenders a seductive nose of rose petal, red licorice, spice box, sandalwood, and wild cherry. On the palate the fruit is offset by vibrant acidity giving lift, has outstanding volume, savory flavors, and impeccable balance. Give it 3-4 years of cellaring and drink it from 2013 to 2023. Tel.
