The rather reductive 2019 Peza Do Rei Blanco was produced with a blend of white grapes from their own vineyards—71% Godello, 19% Treixadura and 10% Albari?o—and it was fermented at low temperature with neutral yeasts and bottled unoaked. It has simple aromas and a straightforward palate with a sweet sensation on the finish.
