The 2005 Pinot Noir Profundo could easily pass for a Cotes de Nuit villages from Burgundy. Light ruby-colored, it has a fragrant raspberry-scented perfume. This is followed by a velvety-textured wine with sweet fruit, excellent depth and length. It is an outstanding value in everyday Pinot Noir.
