The impressively colored 1991 Chambolle-Musigny-Les Sentiers is deep and rich, as well as hard, tannic, and closed. It is one 1991 that is difficult to judge, but my instincts suggest the fruit is likely to fade before the tannins. How great it is to see Groffier come through with such high quality wines in 1991.
