Barnett's 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain reveals the intense fragrance and perfume this vineyard routinely achieves. Copious aromas of raspberries, violets, and cranberries leap from the glass. The wine is medium-bodied, pure, and elegant with less concentration than the terrific wines made in 1991 and 1992; drink it over the next 10-15 years. As good as Barnett's 1993s are, I thought them to be less concentrated as well as lighter than the same wines from the 1992 and 1991 vintages.Tel. (707) 963-7075
