The 2014 Tavel Rosé La Dame Rousse—60% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah and the rest Bourboulenc and Clairette (the latter two are white grapes) offers flowery red currant notes intermixed with a hint of kirsch liqueur. There is licorice and lavender. This is a seriously endowed, medium-bodied, dry, complex Rosé to drink before the end of summer 2016.
