Pieropan's 2017 Soave Classico is a refreshing blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave. This pretty white wine bursts forward with elegant tones of citrus, saffron, white peach and crushed mineral. This is a hot vintage expression with extra texture and succulence that makes it perfect for Thai salads or spicy Mediterranean flavors. Production is large with 300,000 bottles made.
