The pale-colored (almost clear), bone-dry 1997 Tokay-Pinot Gris Heimbourg displays a tightly-wound nose of white flowers with hints of yellow fruit in the background. On the palate, this gorgeously focused, precise, medium-to-full-bodied offering reveals powerful mineral, stone, and gun flint flavors.
