The outstanding 2004 Pinot Noir Clone 2A offers aromas of sweet cherries, black currants, underbrush, and oak in its expansive, minty nose. A solid effort, with a rustic delivery of earthy wild berry and blackberry fruit that is supported by firm tannins and offers excellent depth. Drink now through 2009. 249 cases made. -JL
