The nose of the 2018 Cepas Vellas was a lot more developed, with notes of dry hay and straw and a touch of apple, expressive and complex. The palate is quite lively and the flavors are pure and pungent, leaving a tasty, almost salty sensation in the finish. This is bottled unoaked after some four months in contact with the fine lees. 30,000 bottles produced.

Firm and shapely, this white shows power and elegance. The polished texture carries lively flavors of grapefruit, quince, tarragon and flint. Electric acidity gives this energy. Harmonious and long.
