Picked with a high percentage of botrytis and fermented in traditional fuders, the 2014 Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr Riesling Sp?tlese shows a very fine and flinty slate aroma, intermixed with very delicate and concentrated stone fruit, as well as some highly delicate honey aromas. This is juicy, piquant and elegant Sp?tlese of great expression. Its acidity is sharp and precise like a laser sword, and the concentration is impressive.
