Made from late-harvest fruit, the 2010 Moscadello di Montalcino is a precious dessert wine with a deep amber color and delightful aromas of candied fruit, honey and toasted almond. The mouthfeel is viscous and rich but there's enough acidity on the close to keep the palate refreshed. I loved that distant taste of toasted pine nut on the close. Drink: 2014-2024.
