Dense bluish/purple, with sweet mulberry and black cherry fruit, this 2009 also displays notes of pen ink as well as a hint of spring flowers. It has wonderful fruit and an ample, voluptuous texture. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.A joint property of the Bouard family (Angelus) and Hebrard (formerly of Cheval Blanc), this is their best effort to date from this property.
