The medium-to-dark ruby-colored 1995 Latricieres-Chambertin is already showing hints of amber along the edge of the glass. Cedar, tangy strawberries, and herbs can be discerned in its somewhat evolved bouquet. This solidly structured grand cru is traditional in style, with incredible aromas of blackberries, wood-smoke, earth and game, followed by deep black cherry and plum notes.
