The 2007 Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico is another beautiful wine from COS. Here the fruit is a touch darker and more vibrant than in the Frappato. There is lovely depth in the glass, with the purity of the fruit carrying through nicely to the polished finish. The Cerasuolo is 60% Nero d’Avola and 40% Frappato aged in French oak.
