Light green-gold. Complex nose offers lemon zest, lavender, tarragon and a spicy nuance, plus a suggestion of dried flowers. Dense, firm and dry, with lively citrus peel lift to the floral and spicy flavors. Quite chewy on the back end, with the spice and herb notes repeating. This complex wine should be extremely flexible at the table.
