The Luca Bosio 2018 Nebbiolo d'Alba shows mild intensity with dried cherry, raspberry, tilled earth and wild rose. The aromas are downplayed in an elegant manner, as are the tannins, making this an accessible option to pair with breaded veal steaks with a side of roasted potatoes. The wine's fresh acidity will cut through the fat in those home-cooked foods. Production for this wine is 50,000 bottles.
