Medium ruby in color, the 2021 Patelin de Tablas is a blend of 43% Syrah, 28% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre and 6% Counoise. It has inviting aromas of blood orange, raspberry and pomegranate with touches of tar and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and fresh with a concentrated core of crunchy fruit and a long, floral finish. 3,900 cases were made.

The 2019 Patelin de Tablas is made up of 37% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre and 5% Counoise. It has a pale ruby-purple color and scents of red and black berries, pepper, earth, charcuterie and bitters. The medium-bodied palate is soft and juicy with a balance of bright fruit, earth and spice, and it finishes uplifted. 3,500 cases produced.

Medium ruby-purple, the 2018 Patelin de Tablas is a blend of 40% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 21% Mourvèdre, 3% Counoise and 3% Terret Noir. It retains some rubbery aromas with notes of tar, soil and cassis. The medium to full-bodied palate has restrained flavors with a grainy frame, good freshness and an understated finish. 2,400 cases produced.

The 2016 Patelin de Tablas will be released later this year, and it's really beginning to become expressive, bursting from the glass with aromas of blackberry, raspberries, cracked pepper and Provence herbs. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, supple and juicy, with a lovely core of fruit, youthfully chewy tannins and a nicely pure finish. Bottled under screwcap, fully 3,000 cases of this blend of 52% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 11% Counoise and 6% Mourvèdre were produced.

Composed of 51% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 14% Mourvèdre and 4% Counoise, the 2015 Patelin de Tablas has a pale to medium garnet-purple color and a pronounced nose of crushed red cherries and raspberries with hints of roses, baking spices and underbrush. The medium-bodied palate is soft and expressive with plenty of freshness and a long, red berry-laced finish. 4,860 cases were made.
