The 2018 Chardonnay Three Sisters begins delicately, with bright lemony and rocky tones atop a core of honeyed orchard fruits and jasmine perfume. The palate is satiny and expansive, managing full, savory, ripe fruits with loads of uplifting freshness and energizing mineral notions. It finishes very long and is just so, so classy this vintage! 224 cases were made.

The 2017 Chardonnay Three Sisters comes from vines planted in the 1980s. It was barrel fermented and aged in 50% new French oak. The nose opens with savory aromas of charcuterie, mushroom powder and wet hay with touches of baker’s yeast, almonds and orchard fruits. Medium-bodied, it broadens in the mouth with open-knit, nutty fruits, opposed by tangy acidity and finishing long and energetic.

The 2016 Chardonnay Three Sisters opens with lemon meringue, white apricot, brioche and Golden Delicious apples on the nose. Medium-bodied and creamy textured, with concentrated flavors of roasted almonds and honey-drizzled apples in the mouth, it finishes very long with pleasant texture.

The 2015 Chardonnay Three Sisters is profoundly scented of pear tart, warm apricots, ginger and baking bread with suggestions of honeysuckle and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied and packed with spiced pears and stone fruit flavors, it has a beautiful creaminess to the texture and long, savory finish. 159 cases produced.

Slightly more concentrated than the 2012, the 2013 Chardonnay Three Sisters again shows hazelnut, brioche, pure honeyed pineapple and orange blossom, a full-bodied mouthfeel and a long, long finish. This is a bigger cuvée of 332 cases. Drink now-2020.
