The 2020 Cuvée Chloe is a blend of 68% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 7% Viognier. Deep ruby-purple, it's shy to begin with smoky, flinty reduction that gives way to red and blackcurrants, leather and grilled beef. The full-bodied palate balances concentrated fruit and savory undertones. It has plenty of refreshing acidity, a touch of rusticity to the tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish. It opens up with time in the glass so offer it a few hours in the decanter.

A blend of co-fermented Syrah (69%), Grenache (23%) and Viognier (8%), the 2019 Cuvée Chloe has a deep ruby color and is especially fragrant this vintage, bursting with scents of red cherries, blueberries and blood orange with accents of violet, garrigue, tar and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate is fresh and silky with pure, layered fruits and a long finish. It deserves another 3-5 years in bottle and should be long lived in the cellar.

The 2018 Cuvée Chloe is a blend of co-fermented Syrah (72%), Grenache (21%) and Viognier (7%), aged in 60% new French oak, 20% one-year-old French oak and 20% amphora. Vibrant ruby-purple, it has a gorgeous perfume of pure violet, tar, cassis and crushed blue fruits with notes of bitter chocolate and mint. The palate is full-bodied, firmly framed and packed with perfumed fruits, and it finishes with great freshness to carry the lingering floral notes. Give it another 3-5 years in bottle. 300 cases were made.
