This beautiful estate on Spring Mountain has fashioned another flinty, crisp, grapefruit, wet rock and citrus-scented and flavored Sauvignon Blanc. The 2009 is a fresh, mid-weight effort to consume over the next 1-2 years. It’s a shame so little is made. The non-malolactic 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is made in a European style with crisp, zesty, flinty, melony notes as well as a hint of grapefruit and lots of minerality.
