This 2020 Shiraz Uncut is juicy, supple and bright, defined by fine, chalky tannins that skate across the palate like blades on ice. The fruit is pretty typical McLaren Vale Shiraz, in that it is is purple, generous and buoyant. Nicely done. Fine.

Offers tangy cherry and berry flavors, with notes of fresh earth, tea and spice, and chewy tannins. Gains complexity on the finish, where aromas of bergamot and clary sage kick in, lingering on the finish.
