The 2021 Cinnabar GSM is a beautiful color in the glass—luminescent. In the mouth, this is riddled with raspberry leaf, red licorice, red snakes, pink peppercorns, star anise and plush tannins. It's a really pleasurable wine to drink, with enough layers of flavor and textural complexity to really get the brain working.

Smoky and dark, with campfire accents to the plum and cassis flavors, and plenty of roasted herb and tobacco accents. Firm tannins never weigh this down. Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Sweet but spice-riddled, plush with fruit but low in oak. The result: gorgeous drinkability. Plums, raspberries, aniseed and five spice. You can hardly go wrong.
