Delicate notes of pencil shavings and lemon curd mark the nose of the 2016 Chardonnay. It's a plump, medium-bodied wine with flavors that incorporate hints of stone fruit but ultimately lean toward the grapefruit and lemon side of things without being sharp. Those citrus notes are cushioned by tea-like complexity of mouthfeel, extending through the silky finish.

The 2015 Chardonnay opens with ripe peaches, guava and grapefruit notes with underlying marzipan, orange blossoms and honeyed toast hints. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers great concentration and texture with a lively backbone and great length.

Opening with a pretty nose of peach blossoms, spiced apple slices and honeysuckle with nuances of meal, lightly buttered toast and preserved ginger the 2012 Chardonnay is medium to full-bodied with a youthful palate already showing great poise with plenty of stone fruit, savory and toasty flavors enlivened by a refreshing acid line before finishing with satisfying persistence. The 2011 Chardonnay opens with toasty / nutty notes complementing an aromatic core of ripe peaches, grapefruit and green mango and a whiff of cedar. Medium-bodied with excellent concentration and vibrant acid, it finishes harmoniously and long, with toasty spice notes of ginger and cashew. Drink it to 2016+.
