Castello Montaùto has crafted a beautiful wine. The 2015 Vernaccia di San Gimignano opens to a matured golden hue with generous aromas of ripe peach and natural rubber. This wine delivers a slightly more structured and perhaps creamier style. Although it is subtle, that extra density goes a long way to contributing to the length and texture of the wine. This wine is 90% Vernaccia with other grapes blended in.
