The limited production cuvee of 2001 Pinot Noir Thomas Road Vineyard (400 cases) exhibits a distinctively different style than the regular bottling, with more structure, mass, volume, and earthy, forest floor characteristics intermingled with wild herbs, berry fruit, sassafras, and spice. This medium dark ruby-colored, rich, heady 2001 possesses a long, composty-like finish. It is reminiscent of a northern Cote de Nuits Pinot. Enjoy it over the next 4-5 years. Tel.
