I’m still waiting for this winery to turn out a Cabernet Sauvignon as profound as their 1984 and 1985. While the 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Olive Hill Estate is a good effort, it is too sculptured and short in the finish to merit a higher score. It reveals pleasant earthy, black currant fruit, spice, and sweet oak characteristics in its medium-bodied, moderately tannic personality. Drink it over the next 7-8 years.Tel.
