This is the top-end wine from Tenute Soletta. The 2015 Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva Keramos is generous and ripe with lingering tones of dried fruit, prune and some blackberry marmalade as well. What stands out most here is that typical Sardinian signature with bramble, Mediterranean brush and black currant. The wine sees 20 days of skin maceration during and after fermentation and 30 months of aging, 24 months of which are on the lees in large oak casks.
