This lovely Sauvignon Blanc was cold fermented, then aged on the lees in neutral oak barrels. That was the perfect way to treat the grapes, which were grown in St. Helena. The wine shows rich flavors of limes, green melons and lemongrass, with a softly creamy texture and a long, spicy, honey-rich finish. ——S.H.(12/15/2010)—— 90
