The 2007 Grauburgunder Rothuttl offers clear, ripe peach fruit tinged with smoke, and a fine balance of textural creaminess with refreshment, finishing with deep nuttiness and peachiness and slight warmth. I suspect it will be best enjoyed over the next couple of years.
