The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Casa Marin Cipreses Vineyard from Lo Abarca, San Antonio, is purity itself. Yellow in color, it presents an intense, reductive nose of lime, pea, asparagus and gunpowder and a hint of resin. In the mouth it’s compact and electric with good fat and concentration and a long, herbal finish that has you reaching for the bottle.
