The Cabernet Sauvignon-based 1998 Campora exhibits a dense ruby/purple color as well as sweet aromas of black currants, smoke, espresso, and toasty new oak. There is sweet fruit on the attack in addition to a sense of elegance, power, and ripeness in this well-knit, layered, stylish red. It can be drunk now or cellared for 10-12 years.
