This small Martinborough producer continues to excel. The 2006 is a little less savory than some past vintages, but compensates by offering pure black cherry fruit framed by vanilla and cinnamon. Pinot Noir's elusive texture is captured by silky waves across the palate, which take on a velvety edge on the finish. Drink now-2015.——J.C.(11/1/2008)—— 91
