The 2003 Reserva is 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Syrah aged for 14 months in French and American oak. Fragrant aromas of smoke, cassis, kirsch, and black cherry are followed by a supple, forward, friendly wine that has a bit more structure than the Crianza. It can be enjoyed over the next eight years.
