Hints of celery seed accent the cherry and cranberry aromas on the nose of the 2018 Giles Pinot Noir. It's medium-bodied, with fine, silky tannins and a sense of lightness on the fast-fading finish. It's easy to drink now, but it should develop a bit more complexity and interest over the next few years.
