The 2010 Metodo Classico Millesimato Rosé Brut La Stipula opens to a pale pink color and delicate aromas of spring flower and fresh citrus. You get a sense of the tannic structure and power of Aglianco, but the bouquet is far more delicate and feminine than you might expect. Rose petal, almond blossom and pink grapefruit all come to center stage. The perlage is firm, tonic and very well defined.
