The 2018 Glass Collection Cabernet Sauvignon has an attractive, quite understated Médoc-like bouquet with tobacco-tinged black fruit and light undergrowth aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, and nicely balanced, with a little greenness that I can abide toward the (again) Bordeaux-inspired finish. Not overly complex, but it conveys a sense of class.
