Gini always makes a clean and straight-shooting base white wine. The 2015 Soave Classico is an easy-drinking expression that would wash down nicely with steamed fish or sushi. The wine is linear and tight, and makes the best of the appellation's well-draining, volcanic soils. This vintage is very balanced when it comes to acidity and citrus flavors. This is a great value.
