The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc leads with pronounced thiols (sweaty kiwi fruit, lemongrass, tatami mat, gooseberry, et al.). In the mouth, the acidity is piercingly intense—wow! It’s good, though, and gives the wine a razor edge. It’s surprisingly different to the 2022 vintage tasted prior. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is round and soft on the nose, with pulped mango, kiwi fruit, gooseberry and green apple. In the mouth, the wine is potently flavored with very ripe, fleshy stone fruit that lingers through the finish. Simple but mouthfilling and satisfying. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
