There is a flinty and gunpowder note in the 2021 Atalier A Cruz das ánimas, which was sourced from a vineyard in Dena and matured in a 5,000-liter oak foudre for seven months. It has good ripeness, 13% alcohol and a lively palate with pungent flavors, great purity and balance, with elegance and the textbook salty twist in the finish. 7,000 bottles produced.
